Faculty of Arts and Humanities invites you to autumn fair to celebrate start of new academic year

For the second year in a row, volunteers from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities are organising an eco-friendly fair that offers everything sustainable. This enables reusing a wide range of consumer goods in addition to delighting fairgoers with farm, garden and forest products. The fair will take place in the courtyard of Philosophicum on 3 September at 12:00–16:00. You can register to sell your goods until 30 August.

The idea for the project was born in the 2023 academic year during the course "How to Improve the World by Creation" taught by the then Professor of Liberal Arts Reet Aus, using keywords like environmental awareness, recycling, green transition and sustainability. Now held for the second time, the fair features clothes, shoes, toys, books, art, crafts, baked goods and plants. The autumn fair is also a great opportunity to sell garden and forest products, farm goods, introduce interesting products, offer experiences and all kinds of other exciting things.

The whole university family is welcome to come to the fair as a buyer, seller or barterer or just give things away in exchange for a smile. To get your own sport for selling or bartering, you need to fill in the registration form by 20:00 on 30 August at the latest. You may also set up a self-service spot.
